All content included on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, artwork, digital downloads, data compilations, and lore—is the exclusive property of SILENT GOD Apparel and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. Made-to-Order & Product Accuracy
SILENT GOD Apparel operates on a print-on-demand model. Every item is custom-made to order through our third-party manufacturing partners.
Visual Variations: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical item.
Sizing: Sizing charts are provided for every garment. Because items are custom-printed upon ordering, it is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size. Minor structural variations within standard industry tolerances (up to 1 inch) may occur.
3. Modifications to Prices and Services
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5. Third-Party Services & Fulfillment
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform. Production and logistics are managed through third-party printing fulfillment partners.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that certain automated operational data (such as shipping addresses and order details) must be shared with these trusted third-party partners solely to fulfill and ship your order. We are not liable for any delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by these external platforms or shipping carriers.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall SILENT GOD Apparel, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or interns be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages—whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SILENT GOD Apparel and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
