SILENT GOD Apparel — Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Every piece at SILENT GOD Apparel is custom-made just for you. Because we operate on a made-to-order model to reduce textile waste and focus on conscious production, our shipping process is broken into two phases: Fulfillment and Transit.

1. Fulfillment Time (Creation)

Before your order ships, it must be created. This process takes 2–5 business days.

During peak holiday seasons or high-volume drops, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.

Once your item is printed, quality-checked, and packed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping & Transit Times

Once fulfilled, your package is shipped. Estimated transit times depend heavily on your location:

Canada & United States: 3–6 business days after fulfillment.

United Kingdom & Europe: 4–8 business days after fulfillment.

International / Rest of World: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.

Please note: Total delivery time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time. On average, you can expect your gear at your door within 7–11 business days from the moment you place your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking confirmation email automatically the exact moment your order is packed and handed to the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with live scanning data.

4. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

Because we utilize global specialized fulfillment centers to get your items to you as fast as possible, your order may arrive in multiple packages. For example, if you order a heavyweight hoodie and a headwear piece, they may be crafted in different facilities and arrive a day or two apart. Do not panic if your first package doesn't contain your entire order—the rest is right behind it.

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because our fulfillment system is automated with our production partners, we cannot change shipping addresses once an order enters production.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs to mail it out a second time.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We do our best to fulfill your order from the closest geographical facility to you. However, if an item is out of stock regionally and must ship across borders, SILENT GOD Apparel is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes applied by your local government. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
